This renter was a gamer, a sword collector, a knife collector, a partier, and best renter as far as paying on time and paying the whole deposit and whole rent on time. But behind closed doors, these knives were being thrown at walls into support beams of the house, and the banister to the apartment was stabbed multiple times and damaged...which later much later due to lack of funds (several renters later) was finally replaced...Cigarette/burn marks on the carpet so we had to remove the carpet and just kept the wood floors in the living area and replaced carpet in the bedroom with a mistake in color (light cream) this will later be a bad choice.
This renter rented our apartment above our garage and then later rented our rental house a few miles away...the outcome of the house rental was same but we didn't replace the carpet there...at least yet...and what can you do to support beams? you cant replace those unless your a skilled worker and you aint going to have the funds to pay a pro to come and do it for you...so ya its still that way...and it will remain that way...
This was a friend of my husband and maybe I didn't know the whole truth about his paying rent on time or not or paying it in full or not or even paying the whole deposit I just know my husband was pleased with him until it came time to clean up after him in both rentals...and forgave him due to an accident with his sword where he nearly amputated his thumb...they were able to save the dangling limb luckily but still has problems with sensations of feeling in it...anyways...
Not so bad of a renter at least to my knowledge....
